Accounts Lead Job In Dubai

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Quarterly & Annual Accounts and gets the same audited by Statutory Auditors within targeted date.

Preparation of Cost Audit, Tax Audit & Transfer pricing and gets the same audited by Statutory Auditors within targeted date.

Preparation of Monthly P & L, and B/S, Cash Flow Statements and other reports required for MIS.

Ensure reduction in DOH of inventories. Ensure disposal of non-moving inventory with Production team.

Tracking of competitor financials statements on periodic basis.

Ensure System control for Vendor & Customer master.

Ensure timely and in-depth analysis of financial reports along with logical reasons for variances vs budget to help management to take appropriate actions.

Submission of documents to close income tax assessment queries.

Ensures proper creation of new fixed asset & accounting of the same.

Prepare manufacturing, Admin & Sales expenses vs budget and submit variance report on periodic basis.

Coordinates with various departments for preparing Budget – Employee Cost, Sales & Admin Expenses, Repairs & Depreciation Cost.

Circulating Receivable report on a fortnightly basis.

Handling payrolls, Income & expenses

Any other related task given by the reporting manager from time to time based on business requirement.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in UAE is must.

Must have good knowledge of UAE banking rules and regulations.

Must have Valid UAE visa.

Candidates from Ajman and nearby emirates – Sharjah, Ras- Al- Khaimah will be preferred.
