Key Responsibilities:

Activation Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive activation plans aligned with the overall event objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of activations with the event program.

Brand Integration:

Work closely with sponsors and partners to incorporate their brands effectively into the event experience.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed, and activations align with the sponsors’ marketing objectives.

Logistics and Operations:

Oversee the logistical aspects of activations, including setup, breakdown, and day-to-day operations.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and on-site teams to guarantee smooth execution.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of activation coordinators and support staff.

Provide clear direction and support to ensure all team members are aligned with activation goals.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of activations and provide regular reports to management.

Gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

Manage the budget allocated for activations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Data Crunching and Excel Skills:

Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with large datasets.

Strong Excel skills for organizing and presenting data effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.

Proven experience 3 years in activations management, particularly in major sporting and cultural events.

Strong understanding of branding, sponsorships, and event marketing.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the event period.
