Responsibilities:
Manage and lead programmed projects for APC.
Utilize deep knowledge of Process Optimization through APC, RTO, PID tuning, and Inferential to enhance plant efficiency.
Prepare and present compelling business cases for Advanced Process Control, Optimization, and PID tuning projects.
Train and mentor young engineers in the field of APC, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
Lead a team in the generation of Inferential through Deep Learning techniques.
Implement APC solutions, including Step Testing, Feasibility Studies, and DCS modification requirements.
Utilize GDOT technology for process optimization.
Demonstrate proficiency in AspenTech DMC3, DMC Plus, GDOT, Honeywell/AVEVA APC, Inferential, and Deep Learning technologies.
Provide program management expertise for successful project execution.
Conduct training sessions for operators and engineers in APC and PID tuning.
Perform maintenance and support for existing APC implementations.
Requirements:
Required Experience is 15 – 20 years
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
Good working knowledge & experience in Industrial Sectors like Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical and Gas Processing Industries.
