RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly/Quarterly Close

Generation of reports/tracking resources

Act as a “coach”, helping associates diagnose and remedy individual project issues

Create/contribute to the creation of resources to improve the process (training, one-pagers, dashboards, etc.)

Review individual projects for completeness and compliance with these processes, and work with commercial teams to resolve for timely revenue recognition

Creation and tracking of key performance indicators so that we can better understand the team’s compliance with processes, what needs to be improved, and how we can help

Purchase Orders

Generation of reports/tracking resources

Schedule and attend meetings with global team members to discuss remediation plans for missing purchase orders

Help uncover and remove any barriers to obtaining and processing purchase orders

Other Finance/Revenue-related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience related to Project Management and/or Finance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders

English language skills, both written and verbal

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict time schedules.

Strong experience with Excel (solid understanding of working with spreadsheets, ability to combine data from multiple sources into one cohesive spreadsheet – pivot table experience a plus)

Technologically capable – can work/learn to work with our Microsoft suite (Excel in particular – pivot table knowledge a plus), MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI
