As an Assistant Outlet Manager you will lead the operations of specific outlets. Your key duties and responsibilities are:
ensure profitable operations and achieve outlet business goals
ensure the manning schedule is up to date and oversee regular preventative maintenance
maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards and lead by example through a ‘hands on’ approach to motivate team members to excel.
You will assist in managing team member performance, identify any training needs, develop and deliver the required training for supervisors and team members in an effective way to maximise guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable them to achieve their career goals.
Qualifications
Prior High Volume All Day Dining experience required
At least 1 year of work experience in similar role in Luxury or 5 Start operations is needed
Available to join immediately
Candidate to be able to manage the work pressure and lead the team in back to back operations
