Key Result Areas
Lead the defining, execution, support and reporting on all overall Corporate & GTM strategies (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), with the aim to create value through tactical & strategic initiatives in planning, prioritization and decision-making.
Manage the synthesizing of internal and external sources of information to build recommendations for Product portfolio creation, Costing methodologies, Channel Pricing, Loyalty/ retention schemes, Rebates / Promotions discounts structures
Identify target market/customer segments and market trends to determine pricing sensitivities and strategies enabling revenue optimization
Influence and negotiate with the Sales team in major contract negotiations, proposal development and bids process through robust data driven analysis to generate winning propositions.
Manage the Identification of trends in food cost and revenue including analysis of customer P&L impact assessments against defined scorecards and recommend actions to the management to contribute towards improving the financial status of EKFC
Manage the provision of data driven insight in influencing and supporting (both quantitative and qualitative) all Costing, Pricing & Revenue optimization related strategies, pricing decisions and the development of new offerings and initiatives by partnering with stakeholder regularly.
Partner with Functional Leaders and lead in defining pricing strategies formulation, analytics, process enhancements, policies/framework, Revenue optimization initiatives, periodic performance evaluations and implement best practices to bring in accuracy, reduce turn-around-time and lead to value based pricing
Own & lead monthly monetisation strategy forums with CXO’s, exhibiting deep dive opportunity pipeline and future plans on all propositions & project performances by evaluating risks, ROI assessments, Scorecards and impact simulations to assess overall proposition performance. Alert functional owners to ensure alignment to corporate strategy and to achieve long-term financial goals.
Define and implement new Loyalty Retention Schemes as a customer retention tool to support, upsell/cross-sell items within & outside platforms for Commercial business to increase the overall monetisation of EKFC products.
Lead the development and execution of data-driven pricing strategies across business verticals; translate strategies into executable plans with roadmap to Business owners. Ensure strategies are communicated regularly both internally and externally to highlight link to overall goals
Ensure that the Costing, Pricing policies are defined, adhered and updated compliant to all audit requirements. In addition to maintaining detailed records for products to evaluate future market trends and inform future pricing decisions.
Focus on expedited readiness by digitization & process automations through tool LEAP
Manage, guide and coach the team through clear objectives and talent management to improve performance and development in accordance with company values and code of conduct. Collaborate with the HR to facilitate skills development and succession planning.
Oversee the Organisation Effectiveness function to identify opportunities for improvement, and drive business excellence through Lean Six Sigma program and research and studies to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
Implement and utilize the Balanced Scorecard framework to monitor and report on department & project performance, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational vision & objectives.
Define, develop, and implement a comprehensive change management framework across the organization in partnership with management team.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience
Education Qualification:
Graduate from a recognised university
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years in Commercial Finance Management with knowledge in strategic pricing, business casing and Analytics,
Formal leadership with demonstrated experience overseeing Strategy & Revenue optimisation
Demonstrated experience in collaborating, influencing with and communicating results/building consensus among various stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product management, and finance; ability to build comprehensive presentations and advise senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated success in leading change management, strategic planning, and operating model initiatives with ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
