Job Details
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing the responsible business practice group in the UAE, reporting to the global head of responsible business, and working closely with the UAE country director and leadership team.
Driving service excellence and client satisfaction, delivering purpose-led and measurable outcomes for clients, with a strong focus on decarbonization and climate resilience, as well as an understanding of social value and biodiversity.
Working and managing sustainable growth with clients across property and infrastructure projects and programs.
Scaling up a local responsible business team of industry experts, with reach back to collaborate with a global team of 200 sustainability and social value colleagues.
Oversight and awareness of the financial performance of responsible business services, ensuring commercial performance is in line with revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
Enhancing the responsible business consultancy service offer and identifying and bringing new service offers and products to market.
Working collaboratively with the Mace project management, programme management, project controls, and commercial management centers of excellence to integrate responsible business outcomes across the Mace consult business.
Representing the company and clients in a public forum, attending internal and external events to represent and raise the profile of Mace and responsible business services.
