Accountabilities
Develop the annual manpower plan for the yearly budget and work closely with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts and needs
Lead both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
Identify and source through appropriate recruitment channels. This includes executive search firms, recruitment agencies, online job boards as well as social networks
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Develop and implement recruitment and selection processes according to the targeted job family
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Promote Bee’ah as an employer of choice through attending career fairs, developing relationships with Universities and HR Authorities, etc. as well as during the selection process
Update recruitment processes as per best practices and communicate /educate hiring managers on the required steps and documents
Lead, develop and motivate the Talent Acquisition Team
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, specialty in HR is preferable
8+ years of experience in HR/ recruitment from multinational companies with regional background
HR certification SHRM/CIPD is an advantage
Knowledge & Skills
Professional knowledge in talent acquisition best practices
Effective verbal/writing communication skills in both English & Arabic
Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
Technology oriented with prior knowledge of operating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software preferably SAP
In-depth knowledge ofcandidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
Experience withfull-cycle recruitment
Business acumen by quickly understanding business operations and its components
Self-organized
Market intelligence be able to guide the hiring manager and team to understand what they get for the money spent
Salesmanship: being able to sell the role
Strong network built throughout experience
Tenacity: Stubborn tenacity to win until the position is filled
