The Associate Principal is responsible for providing academic, people and professional learning leadership for all staff which sustains the school’s continuing improvement, secures a high-quality education for all its students, enabling them to achieve their full potential in terms of academic, spiritual, moral, social, emotional, and cultural development, and forges further collaboration and partnership across local networks. The AP also co-leads on all strategic initiatives as assigned to the Principal/CEO of the school.
Expected Qualifications:
A Degree and Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent are essential.
A master’s degree in educational leadership or the willingness to undertake one is desirable.
Expected Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience in education and at least 7 years’ experience in a Senior Leadership position.
