Qualifications/Education/Experience:Min Engineering Degree/Bachelors in Project Management
Product Life Cycle Development Experience. 1 year Managing UAV related programs.
Job Responsibilities: Management of Procurement of the projects ensuring poject meets specs, quality standards, budget and schedule.
Ensure the Implementation of the project specific security classification and instructions.
Manage the update of project management plans ensuring the implementation is in line with contractual agreements in terms of cost, time, quality and profit.
Review and evaluate WBS and statement of work, in accordance with the contractual terms both towards customers and suppliers.
Ensure that Company safety, quality and process and environmental policies are implemented at all stages especially the design stage and targets are achieved.
Participate in the formulation and revision of the Project budget promoting actions to continuous improvement of product competitiveness.
Responsible for Engineering, development and endorsement of design, details, drawings and specs.
Participate in the project review and preparation of contractual and technical documentationrequired to certify the achievement of contract milestones.
Responsible for proper utilisatio of project resources.
Understand specialty equipment, stays knowledge up to date, is a technical resource, follows technology practices.
Comply with all corporate governance and Company rules and regulations.
Responsible to provide quality oriented results on the project within the specific time frames.
Maintain and preserve the project confidentiality.
Maintain a good coordination with end users, perform all other duties as directed.
Able to work under pressure, willingness to put in the extra time to develop and perform the assignments and task given.
May be required to undertake local and international travel as required or directed.
The job is performed under general guidelines and through Annual objectives from the Chief Program officer.
Candidates who have completed their national services.
