Responsibilities:
CDP Implementation and Management:
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to collect, unify, and analyze customer data from various sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and utilization of CDP capabilities effectively.
Audience Segmentation and Analysis:
Work closely with the Head of Retail Media to define and execute audience segmentation strategies based on customer deterministic, probabilistic and transaction data and support the monetization of said audiences.
Utilize CDP insights to create detailed audience segments for targeted retail media ad campaigns and integrate these audiences into the ad tec such Google DV 360.
Integration with Adtech and Martech:
Establish seamless integration between the segmented audiences and Adtech/Martech platforms to support ad monetization strategies.
Collaborate with tech teams to ensure the smooth flow of data between systems for effective targeting and optimization of ad campaigns.
Ad Monetization Strategies:
Develop and execute data-driven ad monetization strategies by leveraging audience insights and collaborating with advertising and marketing teams.
Optimize ad targeting and delivery to maximize revenue generation while ensuring a positive user experience.
Integrate AI/ML into ad monetization strategies with the use of CDP data.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience targeting, ad engagement, and revenue generation.
Continuously optimize audience segmentation strategies and ad targeting based on performance metrics and market trends.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, and IT to drive cohesive strategies.
