Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
Assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
Working closely with the F&B leadership plus finance team to set, monitor and refine restaurant budgets and drive restaurant revenue
Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets – as well as a number of assistant managers and supervisors
Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
Develop and implement restaurant Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
Manage special event concepts, anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
Conduct competitor analysis
Analyze food and beverage statistics through point of sale system
What We need from you:
Bachelors degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
2 years related experience, including management experience in a 5 star Luxury Hotel
Experience in a resort is an added advantage
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
Demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse group of colleagues and interact with different leaders
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
