Scope and Purpose:
Define bid strategy in alignment with Bid Core Team (deal shaping)
Project Management responsibility for the complete bid process
Creation of competitive offers for systems and products including their calculation, taking into account technical and commercial aspects based on the relevant internal guidelines and processes
Coordinate with all necessary interface departments and local entities/HQ in order to develop a custom tailored cost-optimized solution
Commercial and administrative tasks within the sales process, especially with offer and risk reviews, approval process, approval by public authority, debriefings + lessons learned
Job Requirements:
International Business Administration with PM skills and capable to work under time pressure
Project Management skills
Insurance skills and experience
Profound commercial understanding (incl. financial KPI’s and financial instruments)
Structured way of working
Analytical skills for reporting/ risk assessment
Ability to motivate and guide people
Leadership skills
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented behavior
Strong negotiation skills
Presentation skills
Good knowledge of products/services and sales activities.
Ability to understand complex tenders/contracts
Excellent team player with good soft skills for use in cross functional and international teams
English fluent + any other language welcome
