Your Responsibilities
Support the wider finance team, managing ongoing reconciliations with receivables and payables
Assisting with the monthly and quarterly closing process including vendor reconciliation, trial balance, and tax returns
Prepare and manage monthly payments
Record and issue invoices
Manage credit card reconciliation
Manage employees’ travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies
Work with the external auditors
Your Qualifications
At least 2-4 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
A degree in Accounting or a related field
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail
Can work independently and as part of a global team
