Job Purpose
Responsible for retaining revenues and growing the share of wallet for existing key cash management clients through effective leadership of the Client Account Management (CAM) Team.
Key Result Areas
Responsible for retaining existing revenues and increasing the share of wallet for CAM managed names by providing effective leadership of the Client Account Management Team.
Build, train, develop, and manage CAM Team members to improve cash management penetration by converting opportunities of cross sell & upsell with these key clients.
Support the growth the liabilities and fees for the bank through superior service support for all types of solutions
Increase the number of products per client by working with sales managers t identify yhe ancillary business that can be captured by CAMs
Work with IBG Countries and product partners and RMs to help ensure the bank provides consistent servicing for regional deals acting as a central contact point
Work closely with product / solution delivery / CSU teams to assure proper customer service on mandates won and be responsible for overall Customer Experience
Take ownership of the CAM dashboard and actively manage and monitor the business to increase the levels of business committed by our customers.
Identify leakages in the portfolio and propose appropriate action to ensure attrition in minimized through monitoring and tracking transactional activity of customers to assure high utilization of products and optimization of balances
Become an expert matter on customer’s internal processes to better understand needs, resolve process issues, and improve processes and delivery to grow customer stickiness and build the long-term customer base in Cash Management.
Help build processes and guidelines for the business to become the best in class for product delivery and use of digital channels
Monthly review of closed deals to ensure that revenues are realized for CAM managed portfolios
Take lead on initiatives to drive change and promote Mashreq in events, customer polls, and other ad-hoc events
Work with various functions of operations team to design updated processes that help to create faster turnaround and better customer experience.
Coordinate and conduct Deal Review Process with a deal review team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Incumbent should have prior direct/indirect cash management experience in a similar position in the Middle East, preferably in UAE.
Strong interpersonal skills is a must
University degree, preferably MBA or Masters degree, with at least 5+ years in a product/sales management or related area within cash management and banking.
Sales oriented personality with strong ability to understand customer needs and to position bank offering
