Key Accountabilities

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Master’s degree or professional certifications in digital marketing or related areas are advantageous.

Past experience in event marketing is beneficial, but not required.

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving conversion rates.

Expertise in email marketing and marketing automation platforms, preferably with experience in Emarsys or similar tools.

Job-Specific Skills

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in marketing automation technology and CRM tools.

Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organisation and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in identifying and segmenting target audiences, tailoring marketing strategies to different customer groups for optimal engagement and conversion.

Proficiency in HTML preferred, especially for email marketing purposes, enabling the creation of visually compelling and functionally robust email campaigns.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
