WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a similar / related role in payroll / rewards / human resources / business management capacity in a medium to large organization.
Good knowledge and experience of working on Oracle Payroll System
Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate in human resources
· Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel essential) and good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law.
Strong sense of urgency with great organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Collect monthly payroll data, perform gross to net payroll calculations, and prepare payroll reports in a timely, accurate, and complete manner Internal Satisfaction
Monthly Output reviews, Variance Analysis and reconciliations
Provide support in onboarding new clients, system implementation, and data migration
Establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
