Accountabilities:
Provide services walk-in customers by ascertaining parts required, check stocks availability, and pick items.
Generate invoice to be signed by customer and Parts Manager.
Deal with telephone enquiries and enters logbook for follow-up.
Prepare quotations in response to; follows-up quotations on regular basis.
Arrange delivery and collection of goods.
On receipt of parts requisition, arrange delivery to the service centre via warehouse supervisor.
Maintain pending sales file.
Maintain manual list of fast-moving stock for inclusion in monthly requisition process.
Check local suppliers on pricing levels for feedback to Parts Manager.
Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience
Minimum 2years of experience in automotive workshop.
Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
Good personal appearance.
Basic computer skills.
