Responsibilities
Design and manage strategy projects that deliver actionable recommendations including project planning, leading project analysis, and supporting successful implementation
Lead on project delivery (or a workstream within a larger programme of work) with accountability for management of the project team.
Establish and foster relationships with clients and delivery partners
Manage client stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in to an agreed solution.
Manage strategy design and execution, operations work and advise team members using your experience in the culture and heritage sector.
Work using expertise to enhance and develop leads for the Culture and Creative Industries sector.
Manage projects and teams to bring insight using their own experience with Government entities or international NGOs.
Lead internal business development and practice improvement initiatives such as bids, proposals, capability development by responding to client RfPs and help positioning PwC as a go to firm in the Culture and Creative Industries sector
Establish a network of expertise to cover the overall Culture and Creative Industries sector and manage relationships to support in business development and project delivery.
Requirements
Strong background and experience in Culture and Creative Industries sector and strategy design from Global Cultural institutions/ Strategy firms
Experience managing projects and leading workstreams in the culture and creative industries sector to include strategy development, operating model design , policies and procedures design, and execution roadmaps
Knowledge and application of UNESCO frameworks and standards in the Culture and Creative Industries sector
Experience of developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
Ability to engage communicate with stakeholders at all levels where required
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Arabic is plus (both spoken and written).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major with a preference for a Masters degree and industry certification
8 to 15 years of experience in the Culture and Creative Industries sector with Consulting as an asset.
Experience in the Middle East region is an asset.
Proven IT skills in the Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and G-Suite.
The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East.
