Key Responsibilities:
Delegate Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential delegates within the target industry and region.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for potential attendees through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry databases.
Outreach: Reach out to potential delegates via phone, email, and social media to present event opportunities and benefits.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and motivations for attending our events.
Pitching and Persuasion: Create compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our events and secure delegate commitments.
Registration Assistance: Assist delegates in the registration process, providing support and information as needed.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all delegate interactions and registrations in our CRM system.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on delegate acquisition progress and provide insights to improve strategies.
Event Support: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure a seamless experience for delegates during the event.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or delegate acquisition roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the AI or event management is a plus.
