KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# the strategic goal “Asset Sustainability” across all RTA agencies and sectors including strategic KPIs reporting, analysis and improvement recommendations.

# Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth in the RTA and the department quality plan

# Manage the 4th generation standards regarding partnership, and resources especially planning, and managing the resources and assets.

# Manage the development and review of RTA asset management policies and strategies.

# Integration and optimization of asset management information systems in coordination with agencies and sectors responsible for various assets operation and maintenance systems.

# Direct and ensure the proper orientation program for new Directors including the clarification of their role and job descriptions

# Making sure that asset management roles and responsibilities are allocated and relevant competencies are developed and maintained through training and continual professional development.

# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

# Audit and monitoring of Asset Management System in all RTA Agencies and sectors to ensure compliance.

# Manage the RTA asset registration process through direct purchasing / various contracts and projects/ transfer according to high management decisions .

# Manage the employee’s Individual performance plan and support them to achieve their goals as per their roles and responsibilities.

# Supervise the implementation of BIM Projects for all RTA various projects.

# b) Assets Management Management

# Ensure achievement of targeted results in each key performance areas as outlined in the plan.

# Develop, implement and refine the corporate asset management processes and procedures

# Lead the asset management international certification of all RTA agencies and sectors.

# Ensure the timely submission of management measurable objectives to the CEO.

# Manage and ensure submission of the yearly business objectives by managers.

# Ensure all the environmental aspects in the area of responsibility are identified and actions are taken prior to ensure compliance to the Health & safety Environment HSE standards.

# Manage the performance management system and ensure the forms are complete in all aspects including counselling remarks, identification of training and development needs of employees

# Comply with the RTA’s quality standards and requirements.

# Comply with the RTA applicable HSE rules and procedures

# Supervise of all maintenance activities carried out by all RTA maintenance departments through inspection visits, audit procedures and report the appropriate recommendations to the higher management to ensure asset sustainability.

# Advise the departments by conducting studies regarding asset life extension to ensure maximum utilization of all RTA assets.

# Health, Safety & Environment

# Periodically reports regarding the asset investment plans, asset utilization and asset related risks.

# d) Quality & Excellence Standards:

# a) Organization Effectiveness:

# Comply with the RTA policy in respect to management, customer, suppliers, and employees, and to carry out duties and responsibilities as per RTA Code of Ethics

# Support agencies and sectors in the implementation and continual improvement of asset management system.

# Lead Knowledge management relating to RTA assets and ensures the appropriate system for knowledge sharing/transfer is deployed and disseminated across the organisation.

# Develop, implement, monitor, and update a corporate Asset management framework throughout the various systems management and possession.

# Supervise the implementation of the RTA value engineering guideline on all RTA projects to ensure the optimal project cost.

# Ensure efficient, courteous and timely services to all employees’ requests and inquiries

# Develop an annual budget and forecast, monitors implementation, evaluates and recommends specific adjustments during the implementation to satisfy project needs

# Manage assets information and ensure accuracy during Data entry in technical systems , responsible for registration , operation and maintenance processes.

# Manage the projects delivery mechanism that produce assets and participate in various committees in coordination with concerned agencies and sectors and financial management.

# c) Training & Development

# Review the feasibility studies for projects that produce assets to ensure achieving the sustainability of assets.

# Collect training information from performance appraisals of direct reports to identify and design individual training programs

# Report all accidents and/or potential hazards promptly

Qualifications

Education

# Bachelors’ degree/ Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related engineering major from a recognized buniversity with minimum 5 years of working experience.
