Identify and address barriers to successful change implementation and adoption
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organizational ecosystem
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure change efforts align with business goals and client needs
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for optimization
Provide coaching and support to project teams and stakeholders to facilitate successful change adoption
Develop and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization
Collaborate with human resources to integrate change management principles into talent management and development processes

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
10+ years of progressive experience in change management and organizational development
5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives in technology-driven environments
