The overall scope of the position is to maintain and execute Digital Marketing activities directly or via regional/corporate team or via contracted vendors/suppliers. These activities on owned channels as well as applicable third-party channels can include website/microsite management, content marketing, Social Media marketing, on-site and off-site SEO management and digital advertising via vendors, organic and paid campaigns management, OTA content optimization.
Develop and increase traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall revenue for the properties and other key financial and customer matrix.
Evaluate the performance of our branded websites and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotels on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.
Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the properties on major Social Media channels to maximize the online exposure of the properties.
Create, monitor and implement the full year online marketing and advertising plan (direct and indirect channels).
Hotel strategy contribution, working in close relation with key stakeholders from Marketing, PR, Sales and Revenue.
Ensure the properties content (photography & descriptions) in all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
Load and update content (photography & descriptions) for the property on all online channels in consultation with Senior Director of Marketing & Communications and corporate office.
Monitor and assess the properties reviews on online portals and ensure that official feedback from the hotels is in place whenever necessary in coordination with hotel operations team and other applicable teams.
Identify and evaluate new online marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
Build individual hotel’s online budget planning and digital marketing plan.
Actively develop and maintain a database of corporate and hotel’s email newsletter subscribers. Schedule regular EDM sending to all guests and individuals who have subscribed.
Optimize Social Media tools usage (Social Media desk, Local Measure etc.) and paid social media marketing.
Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Director of Revenue throughout all electronic distribution channels.
Report and analyze the Web Direct & Indirect performance for the hotel.
Report and optimize of performance through Acquisition levers, including but not limited to SEO, Display, Meta & Social Media.
To facilitate accurate administration reports, month-end and other reports are submitted on time to Senior Director of Marketing & Communications.
To keep Senior Director of Marketing & Communications promptly and fully informed of all problems or concerns so that corrective action can be taken on time.
To ensure strict confidentiality of information in the department and hotel.
To carry out duties, projects and other assignments as required by Senior Director of Marketing & Communications .

Expert understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
A degree in Hospitality Management or Advertising, Marketing / Communications graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field
Previous Middle East preferably UAE experience
Excellent English, both verbal and written
