Define technology roadmaps for ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
ERP And Ecommerce Leadership
Provide expert leadership and oversight of ERP and Ecommerce architecture initiatives.
Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP and Ecommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Integration Excellence
Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive integration architecture strategy, facilitating data flow between internal and external systems.
Drive the design and implementation of robust integration solutions that enable real-time data exchange, scalability, and security.
Customer-Centric Technologies
Champion customer-centric technology solutions, focusing on enhancing the user experience across digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to align technology architectures with customer needs and expectations.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team of technology architects and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and opportunities for career growth
Managing a team of 6-8 architects
Vendor And Partner Collaboration
Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to evaluate, select, and implement third-party solutions that align with architecture strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology providers.
Security And Compliance
Ensure that technology architectures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on data security and privacy.
Working with the Head of Security to Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) in technology architecture, with a strong track record in ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies.
Solid understanding of modern architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and managing technology vendors and partners.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
