Power generation experience with Internal Combustion Engines (ICEs)

Battery Energy Storage System knowledge

Exposure in Off-grid hybrid applications (combination of ICEs, PV, BESS, Wind)

Responsibilities

Create robust and scalable models for evaluating the economics of complex electrical systems, including traditional generators, renewable energy sources, and energy storage, whether they are used in grid-connected or off-grid applications.

Assist the Application Engineering Team and Business Development Managers (BDMs) by providing economic analyses and system sizing for proposals and bids.

Collaborate with BDMs to clarify the Scope of Work (SOW) for solution design and system layout.

Conduct system simulations and modeling based on energy generation and consumption data.

Aid the Bid Team in developing pricing models for battery and solar products as well as hybrid solutions.

Present and discuss results with BDMs and customers.

Coordinate efforts with other Aggreko teams.

Serve as the main point of contact during the sales process for tasks related to system sizing, feasibility analysis, and technical validation.

Implement and utilize simulation methods and tools for technical scope.

Support the portfolio of modeling tools within the Modelling department.
