Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Promptly respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and public areas
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Provide personalized recommendations to guests for dining, sightseeing, and entertainment options
Requirements
Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic or other languages like Russian or German is a plus
Must be in UAE
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera is a plus
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
