What you will be doing:

Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.

Provide a warm welcome to the guests, register and process check in for all arrivals and update the guest information in the system.

Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon the departure of the guests.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service

Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset

Prior Front Desk or related Hotel Experience

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Fluency in English and Russian language is a must
