Job Description
· Lead and manage the packers, dispatcher and storekeepers
· Lead the dark store operations
· Manage the pick, pack and dispatch process for the orders
· Manage the Dark store workforce to meet the order fulfilment SLAs
· Maintain quality and stock control
· Manage dark store equipment, material, maintenance, etc.
Desired Skills
· Experience leading same day grocery eCom order preparation and fulfillment is a must
· Strong leadership and ability to manage large headcount
· Experience managing high volume of order with strict SLAs
· Knowledge of managing food quality control and storage.
· Previous experience working on order management systems
