Maintain gardens, green walls, paths, lawns, trees, shrubs and plants by pruning, trimming, and other gardening techniques.
Inspect lawns and all other plants for problems and apply fertilizers, fungicides, weed killers, and other chemicals to control pests and diseases.
To maintain all equipment (incl. Safety equipment) in good working conditions at all times, and attend to any minor repairs that need to be done.
Keep all parking lots, and other public spaces of the hotel cleaned and free of litter.
To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.
To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of the Engineering Department.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Grounds and Gardens Supervisor.
