What You Will Be Doing

Developing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for AI initiatives within the bank, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.

Managing a team of 5-10 developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among team members

Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs.

What You Should Have

Ability to apply your technical knowledge in software development and AI to guide the team in solving complex problems and implementing efficient solutions.

Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and external partners, to ensure successful product deployment and integration

Ability to stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and generative models, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the lab.

Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Experience in identifying and mitigate risks related to AI product development and deployment.

Experience in ensuring the products developed adhere to the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Ownership Experience with Scrum / SAFE Delivery Methodologies

Must be CSPO or SAFE Product Owner Certified

Proven experience in software development and AI model development.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in taking AI products from concept to deployment.

Familiarity with the banking industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively.
