Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and other rewards programs
Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to optimize total rewards programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of total rewards programs with company goals
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with global employment markets
Partner with the Director of Total Rewards to drive initiatives and projects related to total rewards
Collaborate with HRIS and HRMS teams to streamline total rewards processes and ensure accurate data management
Key Requirements
More than 7 years’ experience in a total rewards role within an international setting
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Strong background in navigating the complexities of diverse employment markets
Superb written and verbal communication skills
