Government Relations Administrator – Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Key Accountabilities:

Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values.

Ensure GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.

Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.

Responsible to complete the tasks on a daily basis. Documents are to be handled with confidentiality.

Proofread all documents to ensure accuracy of all information.

Ensure adherence to all company policies in relation to handling the authorized signature cards.

Processing bills are to be posted simultaneously and must tally at the end of each workday.

Maintain files for important documents such as Visa approvals as well as all other personal employee information which must be treated with highly confidentiality.

Ensure that all the deadlines are met and no fines are incurred.

Ensure that all the documents are processed on time especially the Trade License, Establishment Cards etc.

Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.

Perform other duties as requested by direct and dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.
