What will you do?

Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.

Be an ambassador for the hotel.

Be a point of call for all Shangri-La Circle members, VIP’s and Special Attention Guest’s.

Work with Hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.

Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.

Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.

Remain aware of all activities/goings-on within Qaryat al Beri.

Be a focal point for what is happening within Abu-Dhabi, including events, restaurants, nightlife and family functions.

Assist other departments where necessary.
