About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and complete the check in formalities in accordance with Jumeirah Standards.
Take payment from guests on arrival and departure and close their bills in compliance with the financial rules and regulations.
Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
Sell rooms to walk-in guests, maximizing the Hotel revenue. Upsell rooms, suites, breakfast packages and Jumeirah restaurants proactively.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
2 years of Front Desk experience in a 5-star Hotel
Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
