Ensure the highest standards of hygiene are being followed in the bakery section.
Prepare duty schedules, recruit, manage and train bakery staff.
To monitor operating supplies, reduce spoilage and wastage.
To assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.
Ensure that all food safety standards/HACCP are maintained and implemented in line with the company policy and municipality requirements.
Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
To carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
