Job Description

SAP Implementation Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the successful implementation of SAP across diverse business units and geographical locations.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

Oversee the entire SAP implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, training, and deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with business unit leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to drive a cohesive and integrated SAP solution.

Foster collaboration and communication across different sectors and countries to ensure a unified approach to SAP implementation.

Hands-On Expertise:

Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in SAP implementation, troubleshooting, and system customisation.

Lead by example, actively engaging in coding, configuration, and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Management:

Build and manage a high-performing IT Applications team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a leader in SAP implementation projects, preferably within a conglomerate or diverse business environment.

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and configurations, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP solutions.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-country SAP projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business units and cultures.

Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
