Responsibilities:
Establish and Develop Lifestyle Services Department:
Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to develop and manage the lifestyle services department.
Identify key lifestyle services that align with the preferences and needs of UHNW individuals associated with the group
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lifestyle services.
Cater to UHNW Individuals:
Act as the main point of contact for UHNW individuals and provide personalized lifestyle recommendations and services.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with UHNW individuals, understanding their unique preferences and exceeding their expectations.
Continuously identify and establish partnerships with luxury brands, exclusive clubs, top-tier restaurants, and other relevant entities.
Develop and Oversee Service Offerings:
Develop a range of high-quality lifestyle services, including concierge services, event planning, luxury transportation, travel arrangements, personal shopping, and other personalized experiences.
Assess market trends and ensure that the offerings provided are innovative, on-brand, and cater to the unique desires of UHNW individuals.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Team Management and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of lifestyle professionals with a focus on exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the team members, encouraging their growth and fostering a positive work environment.
Set departmental goals and objectives, and regularly evaluate performance.
Maintain Professional Networks:
Actively participate in luxury lifestyle events, industry forums, and networking opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and establish valuable relationships.
Stay updated with emerging trends, industry best practices, and luxury market dynamics.
Represent the company as a thought leader in high-end lifestyle services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in luxury lifestyle management, preferably catering to UHNW individuals.
Strong understanding of luxury real estate and the ability to align lifestyle services with the real estate offerings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals, industry partners, and the internal team.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence.
Strong negotiation skills to establish partnerships with luxury brands and service providers.
Familiarity with emerging lifestyle trends, luxury market dynamics, and global luxury destinations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs and events.
