Head of UI/UX Job In Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring a visionary Head of UI/UX to lead our retail client’s design initiatives. You will shape the UI/UX strategy, focusing on retail-specific experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, engaging designs that drive customer satisfaction. Conduct user research, develop user interfaces, and optimize user experiences. Strong leadership, retail industry knowledge, and design expertise required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years experience

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the retail industry.

Strong understanding of retail-specific design principles, including e-commerce, mobile apps, and omnichannel experiences.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar applications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing design teams.

Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
