Lead housekeeping staff, preparing schedules, assigning duties and providing guidance and performance feedback.
Inspect work performed by the housekeeping staff and provide feedback.
Assist Housekeeping Supervisor in maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinating or ordering replacements and equipment repair.
Respond to guests’ requests, inquiries and manage lost and found.
Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
Maintain high level of hygiene, health and safety by adhering to Company policies and procedures at all times.
Facilitate housekeeping staff training on standard operating procedures, safety policies and health/sanitation regulations.
Inspect premises, common area and/or guest rooms to ensure compliance to Company procedures and health/sanitation regulations.
Ensure that a detailed daily log is maintained for any incidents and shifts handover.
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Hospitality Management degree with an emphasis on hygiene and safety
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions – preferably in 5 stars hotel
Good knowledge of dishwashing and chemicals
Good in English, Arabic is a plus
Excellent communications skills

Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment
Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff (at all levels)
