HR Business Partner Job In Dubai

This role is for an HR Business Partner at myZoi (a fully owned subsidiary of SC Ventures). Your mission will be to develop a vibrant, modern, and engaging culture that empowers and enriches the experience of every employee that works for myZoi, whilst ensuring the smooth running of all HR Operations.

The role is twofold; to manage BAU Operational HR, with support from the Executive Officer and our partner vendors, and to support the implementation of the 2024 People Strategy. At the same time, you will be viewed as a key partner to people leaders at myZoi, and skills in business partnering would be essential to continue to develop a high performing team.

Due to accelerated hiring into the myZoi venture in 2024, solid experience of Resourcing would be a large benefit, particularly implementing an ATS and bringing fantastic people into a fast-paced team.
