Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct regular assessments of HR programs and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 10 years of HR management experience in a consulting or professional services firm.

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.

Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders.

Ideally from consulting background

MUST have Middle East experience
