HR Manager – Sharjah, United Arab Emirates







Lead and support HR & administration function for UAE office

Responsible for day to day HR operations, housekeeping, plant productivity, canteen, safety of employees etc.

Manage and coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment.

Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a skilled and diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in the HR field; Minimum 2 years experienced in middle management level

Experienced in manufacturing / packaging industry along with following functional experience skills

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree & HR related certifications/degree

Excellent English language proficiency and Arabic (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP concept

Good knowledge of labour relations & labour law, compensation & benefits, training & development, HRIS, etc/

Will report to CHRO and CEO, with 1 staff reporting under him/her
