General Summary
The HR Consultant will be tasked with developing S+ HC policy, compensation, and governance programs.
Enable BMS to better respond & adapt to industry / technology advancements, through reviewing the existing processes and controls and recommending enhancements.
Design and implement people initiatives.
Develop forecasting models.
Develop and implement internal controls as necessary to facilitate regulatory compliance.
Provide expertise and advise on all reward-related programs, policies and legislation.
Reviews national, regional and local compensation surveys and propose adjustments for S+
