Required:

1. KNOWLEDGE OF UPSTREAM OFFSHORE INDUSTRY FOR HVAC SYSTEMS. 2. HAP CARRIER SOFTWARE; MICROSOFT OFFICE; AUTOCAD OR MICROSTATION; 3. MIN. 12 YEARS IN A SIMILAR POSITION, IN AN EPC COMPANY; EXPERIENCE WITH CLIENTS IN THE GULF AREA IS A PLUS BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES PREPARE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS FOR HVAC SYSTEM AND COORDINATE THE DESIGN FOR OTHER BUILDING SYSTEMS SUCH AS ELECTRICAL, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, FIRE AND GAS DETECTION, FIRE FIGHTING INSIDE BUILDINGS; DEVELOP/CONTROL FUNCTIONAL LAYOUTS & CALCULATION NOTES FOR DIMENSIONING OF HVAC AND OTHER BUILDING SYSTEMS; PREPARE/CONTROL MTOS AND BOQS; PREPARE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR HVAC MATERIAL REQUISITION AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL EVALUATIONS TO THE PROCUREMENT DEPT. 2. SUPPORT GIVEN TO THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS FOR INTERDEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES
