Your Responsibilities:
Lead, build, and develop the roadmap and vision to drive influencer marketing capabilities for our client across MENA
Develop capabilities for Influencer marketing & PR as a center of expertise (COE) new Function and define its operating model, how to work with brands, divisions, verticals and with other Marketing Communications COEs
Identify, build, and develop exceptional relationships with key content creators, key media figures and influencers in the top 4 markets in MENA across the top 4 categories our client operates in to fuel and nurture this space as a competitive edge for over 70+ brands
Develop the operating model on how to get the best value of influencer marketing through the customer purchase journey (Funnel) from an awareness tool, a consideration and a conversion vehicle
Define the roles of internal vs external resources and agencies/ Tools needed to succeed and onboard necessary tools/agencies to accelerate this space
Build knowledge, educate, and define the measurement framework for the influencer marketing, content creators led marketing and Earned media and their role in the marketing mix
Build, Develop and coach a COE team of 5 people and define the future on what the function should look like in the future
Guide & help define the influencer strategic campaign approach and content strategy with the brands in line with business/marketing objectives
Define Annually in partnership with brand heads the influencer marketing strategies, needs on the top brands, and work back from these priorities what economies of scale could the Group bring as part of annual planning cycle
Build capabilities within the individual brands and across the whole marketing organization around the space of influencer marketing, PR, Earned media and the value this brings to brand
A critical analytical eye on the business to proactively spot possibilities of growth and reach out to make them happen
Your Qualifications:
10 years of Influencer marketing, Content Strategy, and PR experience
Existing relationships with both media and influencers across GCC
Deep understanding of current and immerging social channels
Digitally Savvy with clear understanding of the digital publishers’ trends, space and customers trends
Ability to create unique concepts to cut through the clutter and engage with both the influencer and their audiences
Startup mindset, leader by nature, eager to define the undefined
Resourceful, able to find solutions in context of constraints
Managed a team for the past 3-4 years
Great collaborator
Arabic language is an advantage Inspirational speaker
