Job Details
The candidate will be responsible for providing financial, commercial, and investment opportunity advisory for the planning, development and structuring of critical infrastructure assets related to sewerage, stormwater and recycled water. The candidate will proactively prepare feasibility studies, key findings, project structuring and transaction implementation (including financial and economic analysis, risk assessment & allocation, contract design and tender documentation), ability to do in depth research and get a high-level of understanding on a wide variety of sectors as may be required assist in business development by originating and managing marketing activity in assigned strategic areas/ sectors. Independently develop and build financial models and sound financial analysis of the models to draw conclusions, which will aid in running the (pre)assessment of project opportunities. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, Preparation of project greenlight presentations, concept papers and information memoranda for different purposes.

Qualifications
A graduate or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Finance or Economics.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in advising large government clients or private sector developers on Infrastructure PPP transactions, having executed PPP projects within the GCC.
Minimum 3 years of experience of sell-side PPP advisory is preferred.
Knowledge of sector trends and legal and regulatory requirements and with proven track record of infrastructure/PPP transactions.
Proven track-record of originating, advising, structuring and executing infrastructure transactions.
Strong analytical and financial modeling/structuring skills
