Key Responsibilities:
Accurate implementation of the activities as per the company’s SOPs ensuring maximum safety for guests and staff alike.
Supervising the progress and experience of each customer on the product.
Knowledge of Instructor Code of Conduct and Emergency Evacuation Procedures (Rescues).
Assist Senior Instructor / Camp Manager to carry out Emergency Rescue Procedure.
Assist Senior Instructor / Camp Manager to conduct periodical inspection and maintenance of the products.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Highschool Graduate in Business Administration or related subject
Min. 2 qualifications in the following activities: Rock Climbing, Rope Rescue Techniques, High Ropes, Archery, ML Summer, ERCA, Survival, Wilderness Skills, 1st Aid.
Preferred 2 years of outdoor experience with similar products
Job-Specific Skills
Desire and ability to work in an outdoor environment.
Comfortable working at height.
Experience working in the adventure/customer service industry is a plus.
School Group experience.
Team Building experience.
Working within a team
An active learner wanting to grow.
Customer management skills.
Willing to work extended hours as required by the business.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Speaking Arabic is a plus
