Understand the customers and their expectations thoroughly.
Regularly visit existing and potential customers.
Identify the occasions when LAHAB can assist the customers genuinely and win their confidence
Genuinely think like customers and advise LAHAB management on regular basis how to enhance the customer experience
Pay special attention to maintain customers with regard to after sales service
Make a mark on customers with impeccable manners, friendly demeanor, prompt responses even during off days/holidays.
Ensure to greet the customers on LAHAB’s behalf on festive occasions, birthdays etc with appropriate gifts.
Socialize with key persons in all customer organizations.
Leave relief for BDS manager/ other senior associates.
Reviewing the invoices before submission.
Collection of invoices from all customers locally and internationally.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor degree or other recognized professional qualification in a commercial related field.
An MBA or other business management qualification would be a distinct advantage.
3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in a similar role
Hands on’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Distribution Channels (working with Dealers, etc.).
