Investor Relations Manager Job In Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day investor queries via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels

Initiate and coordinate campaign related investor communication strategies with other departments within the Company

Proactively manage the Company’s Investor Club (our highest tier investors) and interact with these investors regularly

Structure and manage investor profiling processes and set up communication strategies on the basis of this for angels, HNWIs and Family Offices/ other institutional investors

Identify relevant investor groups and assist in developing and integrating investor on boarding strategies

Create initiatives to increase investor engagement and investor repeat investment rates

Manage the relationship with investor referral partners to optimize on boarding new investors

Provide on the ground assistance for investor centric company or third party events

Experience and Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or higher

At least 3 years investor facing experience with proven success in conversion, and/or prior experience in a role within (private) equity investment ideally in fintech space where negotiation, persuasion, sales or business/financial analysis was required

Additional education like CFA or CAIA is a plus

Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills in English (preferably native) and Arabic is a plus

Experience in client facing role and/ or confident to interact with (high profile) clients (e.g. account management)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multitasking environment

Effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills

Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness

High degree of confidence with strong personality

Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day

Good project management skills

Driven and motivated by meeting KPIs and targets

Ability to work under pressure
