Key Responsibilities:

Completion of Audit Plan

Maximize time utilization

Timely completion of audits

Ensure Internal Audit is contemporary and innovative to drive efficiency I quality of service

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Head of Internal Audit I Portfolio Manager – Technology Audit in providing internal audit services primarily covering Group’s Information Technology including international locations such as KSA, Egypt, India, London and Singapore operations support. He/she will undertake IS application audits, Integrated audits and ad hoc review work under supervision.

Develop and deliver an audit service focused on control environment improvements that protect and enhance the group’s financial position.

Raise observations that help business drive efficiency, improve revenue or cut costs

Ensure observations are supported by facts, drafted per departmental standards and agreed with management.

Conduct periodic follow up to ensure audit observations are implemented.

Conduct audits which are perceived to add value to the business.

Unplanned allowance effectively used

Management seek Internal Audit advice on risk/control matters

Completion of Audit by Advised date

Auditee Feedback on the relevance of reported findings

Key Requirements:

A Graduate degree: Accounting / IT / BS (Mathematics)

Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)

CISSP, CISM, CRISC

CPA / CA

Banking/financial services industry (1 year and above)

In-depth or comprehensive IS Audit (3 years and above) or Integrated Audit experience (5 years and above)

Strong knowledge of one or more specialist areas [Cybersecurity, General IT Controls, IT Governance Framework, IT Service Resilience, Cloud, Change Control Management/Continuous Integration/Deployment, SWIFT Customer Security Program, Data Leakage, Information Security Requirements of Regulatory Authorities, Security solutions (e.g. DLP, WAF, firewall, network access control, IPS/IDS, proxy server, SIEM), Cloud security, DevOps, API / CI/CD, Agile methodology, etc.]
